For valuable consideration, the owner and contractor (Call for Help - CFH) agree as follows:
1)
The contractor agrees to furnish all of the labor and materials to do the following work for the owner as an independent contractor:

The owner agrees to pay the contractor full payment as indicated below for doing the work outlined above. The final payment will be paid to the contractor upon satisfactory completion of the work based on the payment schedule outlined below.

5)
The contractor and the owner may agree to extra services and work, but any such extras must be set out and agreed to in writing by both the contractor and the owner.
6)
The contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the owner harmless from any claims or liability arising from the contractor's work under this agreement.
7)
No modification of this agreement will be effective unless it is in writing and is signed by both parties. The agreement binds and benefits both parties and any successors. Time is of the essence of this agreement. This document, including any attachments, is the entire agreement between the parties. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

A SCOPE OF WORK will be entered, or attached above, which will provide in great detail what the customer should expect in each phase of the project(s). For example: "repair drywall patch and texture" vs. "in the event the drywall patch is due to water damage, will remove the damaged drywall, inspect for mold. If additional damage or mold is found, CFH will discuss the unseen damage with the homeowner/agent and a course of actioned will be decided upon by the owner/agent. Drywall will be repaired to match surrounding walls and textured to match as close as possible the existing". The latter example will apply.

All work shall be completed in compliance with all building codes and other applicable laws.
10)
CFH if needed, shall furnish a plan and scale drawing detailing the shape, size, and dimensions for home improvement projects.
11)
To the extent required by law all work shall be performed by individuals duly licensed and authorized to perform said work.
12)
Contractor may at its discretion engage sub-contractors to perform work hereunder, provided Contractor shall fully pay said sub-contractor and in all instances remain responsible for the proper completion of this Contract.
13)
Contractor agrees to remove all debris and leave the premises in broom clean condition.
14)
Contractor warrants it is adequately insured for injury to its employees and others incurring loss or injury as a result of the acts of the Contractor, his employees, or subcontractors.
15)
In the event Owner/Agent shall fail to pay any periodic or installment payment do hereunder, Contractor may cease work without breach pending payment or resolution of any dispute.
16)
All disputes hereunder shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the State of Colorado, city of Colorado Springs, County of El Paso, USA.
17)
Contractor shall not be liable for any delay due to circumstances beyond its control including strikes, casualty or general unavailability of materials.
18)
Contractor warranties all work for a period of 5 (five) years against defects in craftsmanship.
